OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Creative Talent Acquisition / Art Recruiter to help expand the artistic force behind Soul Atlas, our expansive fantasy universe spanning comics, games, music, and film.
In this role, you will identify, engage, and recruit exceptional creative talent - from concept and layout artists to environment designers, animators, 3D modellers, and motion specialists. You will serve as the bridge between Soul Atlas leadership and the creatives who will bring new corners of our universe to life.
We are specifically recruiting for our comic book, that we are running similarly to a TV show/movie (with Art Directors, Producers, Concept Art before "shooting it" (pencilling, inking etc.)).

Part-time role, approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Typical workload includes:
* 3-5 meetings per week
* 15–20 minutes of daily communication
* 2–5 hours of independent work per week
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Soul Atlas is an expansive fantasy universe unfolding across comics, games, music, and film. At its heart lies Atlas itself — a world of dynasties, fractured leagues, and vast powers vying for survival. Radiant and shadow magic shape destinies; soul-trees and golems alter the balance of power; mighty airships sail the skies as symbols of both commerce and conflict.
Our stories focus on characters wrestling with disillusionment who, through perilous trials, rediscover hope and meaning in a dangerous yet wondrous world.
We began four years ago as a small team originally aiming to package a TV show. Unwilling to sign away our IP, we chose to build the universe ourselves and retain creative control. Today, our collective has grown to 150+ creatives across disciplines (well over 200, depending on how you count).
Our current slate includes:
* 3 short films (2 in active development, 1 in post-production, ~30 minutes each)
* A comic book series (Season 1: 9 issues, ~45 pages per issue)
* Two games (an online/offline card game and a TTRPG with one-shots, campaign rules, and regional expansions)
* Original music, art, in-house marketing, and operations
We have spent years building worldbuilding depth, pipelines, and infrastructure. We are now approaching our first launches with real financial implications.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Write clear, compelling job descriptions tailored to a wide range of art disciplines
* Source and engage qualified creative candidates through online platforms, communities, and direct outreach
* Manage the full recruitment pipeline: screening, scheduling, coordinating, and conducting interviews
* Evaluate portfolios for skill, stylistic alignment, and fit with the Soul Atlas vision
* Maintain organised candidate tracking systems and hiring documentation
* Partner with leadership to forecast future hiring needs and refine recruitment strategies
* Monitor Email frequently to keep track of Applicants

COMPENSATION DETAILS
Time Investment:
Part-time. Approximately *10–15 hours per week*, flexible week to week. You set your own boundaries and communicate availability clearly.
Salary:
At this stage, there is *
no salary
* for anyone on the team — from leadership to producers to contributors.
Profit Participation:
Instead of salary, Soul Atlas operates on a *
profit participation / ownership-based model
*. We are finalising a structure that allows contributors to share directly in the future success of the company without triggering upfront taxation.
This is fundamentally an *
investment contract
* (time invested in exchange for profit participation and/or royalties). Upon requesting an interview, you will receive a detailed breakdown of the model so you can make an informed decision. We fully support any due diligence you wish to conduct prior to joining.
