Assistente de Gerente de Segurança
para garantir os mais elevados padrões de proteção, bem-estar e hospitalidade num dos resorts mais exclusivos da Ilha da Madeira.

Perfil Ideal:

  • Experiência mínima de
    2 a 3 anos
    em funções semelhantes, preferencialmente em hotelaria de luxo
  • Bom domínio do
    Inglês
    (oral e escrito)
  • Forte sentido de responsabilidade, discrição e liderança
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e espírito de equipa

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Monitoramento de áreas comuns e restritas
    : garantir segurança em entradas, corredores, áreas de lazer e estacionamentos
  • Controlo de acessos
    : supervisionar visitantes e fornecedores, validando identidades e autorizações
  • Gestão de emergências
    : atuar em evacuações, primeiros socorros e acionamento de serviços externos
  • Supervisão da equipa de segurança
    : assegurar cumprimento rigoroso dos protocolos
  • Inspeções regulares
    : verificar funcionamento de câmaras, alarmes, extintores e iluminação de emergência
  • Registo e relatório de ocorrências
    : documentar incidentes e falhas operacionais
  • Acompanhamento de eventos internos
    : garantir segurança em reuniões, convenções e celebrações
  • Fiscalização de normas
    : apoiar conformidade com regras sanitárias e prevenção de incêndios
