What You'll Do

Depending on the project, you may:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from kickoff to final delivery

• Structure work plans, timelines, priorities and sprint cycles

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (designers, researchers, strategists, developers, stakeholders)

• Ensure alignment between team, client and project objectives

• Facilitate client workshops and co-creation sessions

• Monitor project scope, risks, dependencies and resources

• Manage communication flows and maintain strategic clarity at all times

• Prepare and conduct presentations to clients and senior stakeholders

• Support proposal creation, effort estimation and budgeting

• Integrate AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, productivity and insights

• Ensure that every project delivers measurable value and a strong user-centric perspective

What You'll Bring

Technical Skills

• Solid experience managing digital, UX/UI, service design or innovation projects

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches)

• Ability to structure plans, schedules, sprints and roadmaps

• Confidence in managing budgets, timelines, risks and scope

• Ability to create and maintain clear project documentation and reports

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Power BI, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Miro, Figma

• Comfort collaborating with designers, researchers, product teams and developers

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)

• Bonus: experience integrating AI to support PM workflows (documentation, synthesis, planning, risk analysis)
