  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionality to meet specific business needs in the energy and resources sector;
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using APIs and web services;
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to enhance business processes;
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables;
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all development work;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices;

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development;
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server is a plus;
  • Experience with Azure cloud services and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate);
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript and HTML/CSS;
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git;
  • Experience in the energy and resources sector is highly desirable;
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;

  • Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
