About The Role
We are looking for an
Integration Tech Lead
experienced with the design and development of non-standard requests (e.g., customized IoT solutions, telecom platforms or partner networks). This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end technical design and development, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business and engineering roadmaps.

As a part of your job, you will:

  • Design low-level integration solutions (LLD).
  • Integrate and technically lead the development/integration engineering team.
  • Correct issues during delivery activities (hands-on).
  • Ensure the successful delivery and quality of integration solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

What are we looking for?

  • Proficiency with APIs, microservice architectures, and middleware (ESB, Kafka).
  • Solid background in IT solutions for the Telecommunications sector (in particular, for enterprise customers).
  • Proven experience leading technical teams.
  • Degree in a technical field (master's degree preferred).
  • Experience or certification in Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to design and deliver tailor-made integration solutions.
  • Knowledge of system interoperability in telecoms and network protocols: Order Management, IPv4 / IPv6, Packet & Circuit switched networks, MPLS, VOLTE, 5G, LTE, HSS, Routing (BGP), VPN, NNI.

  • Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
  • Willingness to collaborate with other players;
  • Strong communication skills.
