About the Role

We're looking for a
Traffic Management Officer
to help shape and execute paid acquisition strategies that drive growth. You'll work closely with marketing and analytics teams, managing campaigns across multiple platforms and continuously optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize paid acquisition strategies
    across channels such as Google Ads, social media, display advertising, and affiliate networks to boost traffic and conversions.
  • Set up and manage campaigns
    , ensuring proper configuration and tracking validation across platforms (Google/Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, affiliates).
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
    to uncover opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics
    , delivering reports and actionable insights to enhance results.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams
    to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.
  • Experiment with ad formats, targeting options, and messaging
    to identify the most effective approaches.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices
    in paid acquisition and digital marketing, recommending new tools and techniques when relevant.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns with proven success.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics.
  • Fluent in English and French mandatory

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and paid acquisition best practices.
  • Ability to manage budgets and forecast performance effectively.
