Job DescriptionProcuramos um Compliance Operations Assistant para apoiar a implementação e manutenção
dos processos de compliance da empresa.
Esta função é ideal para alguém organizado, meticuloso e com interesse em regulamentos e boas práticas empresariais.
Principais responsabilidades:
● Apoiar a implementação e monitorização de políticas e procedimentos de compliance.
● Auxiliar na revisão e manutenção da documentação regulatória e auditorias internas.
● Recolher e organizar dados para relatórios e investigações de conformidade e
indicadores de risco.
● Acompanhar alterações regulatórias e apoiar a adaptação de processos internos.
● Prestar suporte na realização de formações/ações de sensibilização e comunicações
relativas a temáticas de Compliance.
● Colaborar com diferentes equipas para garantir o cumprimento das normativas
internas e externas.
● Gestão de bases de dados relacionadas com compliance e due diligence.
● Apoio na revisão e atualização de contratos com clientes e fornecedores para garantir
conformidade com a regulamentação aplicável.
● Suporte na manutenção das certificações e acreditações da empresa (ISO 27001, ISO
9001, ISO 27701, PCI, CREST, outras similares).
● Participação na realização de auditorias internas e apoio na preparação de
documentação necessária.
● Colaboração em todas as atividades, internas e externas, relacionadas com
Compliance.
- Experiência prévia em compliance, direito, auditoria, risco ou funções similares.
- Conhecimento básico de normas regulatórias e princípios de conformidade.
- Capacidade para lidar com documentação detalhada e confidencial.
- Excelentes competências organizacionais e atenção ao detalhe.
- Fluência em inglês, tanto escrito como falado.
- Conhecimentos de outras línguas (preferencial).
- Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador.
- Elevado sentido de ética e sigilo profissional no tratamento de informação sensível.
- Grande sentido de responsabilidade e proatividade nas funções desempenhadas.
- Capacidade de organização, análise crítica e resolução de problemas.
- Habilidade para trabalhar em equipa e comunicar eficazmente.
- Habilitações literárias - Licenciatura em Direito ou similar (preferencial);
