Your teams will also be responsible for cash management, treasury functions and performing all required financial analysis to support decision-making in the organisation.

You will manage a team of more than 20 people and must take a hand-on leadership role that supports high-level strategic decisions, implementation of scalable processes while having operational responsibilities and not being afraid to dive into the details.

You will be joining our Financial Planning and Reporting team in our HQ, reporting directly to the CFO, and working very closely with all stakeholders across the organization.

Your role embodies our core values of "Work Hard with Integrity" and "Be Humble," as well as our operating principles of "Bring structure and clarity to everything we do," "Operate with High Standards," and "Make it Possible as a Team."

  • Ensure consistency, accountability and execution discipline at scale.
  • Career path & long-term impact

This role is designed as a career accelerator.

After successfully building and leading the execution team, high performers will have clear opportunities to evolve into senior finance roles close to the business, or operational leadership roles focused on disciplined execution and performance.

KPIs

  • Improvement of chargeability rates and loss ratios;
  • Adoption and sustainability of standardized processes;
  • Execution quality and predictability across regions.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • 7–11 years of experience in audit, consulting or transaction services
  • Proven ability to build and lead teams in demanding environments
  • Strong execution mindset, highly structured and analytical
  • Comfortable deep-diving into operational details, beyond pure financial analysis
