About the role

The Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator and Repack planner provides support to the end-to-end (E2E) logistics teams in the delivery of the site supply plans, through management and execution of the critical sales and distribution processes including delivery creation and invoice exception management.

Key responsibilities

• Update CERPS with the W&D IDOCs and reconcile daily the ERP system with the Logistics Providers

• Monitors the Logistics Capacity and makes the necessary planning.

• Manage PO creation processes.

• Produce W&D KPIs

• Provide logistics leadership with performance trends for Right First Time (RFT) % of deliveries created to plan

• Monitor inbound in collaboration with In-Market Supply Planning and achieve the necessary documents.

• Support waste management cycle and execute destruction process.

• Support the Daily & Monthly W&D Operating Rhythm and meetings with the LSPs.

• Support various stock counts and prepares files for auditing process.

• Prepares and manages the Green Dot Fees (e.g ECOEMBES)

• Agree repacking plans and manufacture plans with 3rd party repackers to deliver stock to support sales forecasts. Ensure availability of packaging and promotional materials (including CERPS PO creation) for promotions and ensure capacity at repacker or LSP level

• Liaise with In Market Supply Planning or the Supply Hub to build in repack requirements into the main plan. Manage daily / weekly dispatch of stock to 3rd party repackers to meet deadlines.

• Manage stock levels for NPD (e.g repack & displays) and re-launches/discontinuations – run ins/run outs for repacked SKU's.

• Produce internal KPI measurements to monitor performance of repackers and recommend actions to improve. Drive Continues improvement and repacking cost reductions initiatives.

• Liaise with central Haleon departments and external providers to ensure all requirements are well coordinated for all the repacked item and their configurations (e.g. logistics data etc). Present together with marketing the repacking requirements to the LSPs and the repackers.

• Create inbound deliveries CERPS for repacked items on daily basis. Manage ATO repacking activities (where applicable).

• Manage any local requirement with respect to the Repacking operations

Qualifications and skills Essential

Education:

• University Degree in Finance, IT, Supply Chain or Business Administration.

• In depth knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

• Qualification in a supply chain related discipline, logistics, Customer Service, supply management, demand management, operational management or MBA.

Experience:

• Relevant qualification in supply chain and/or demonstrated experience of working in a supply chain environment; (3-5 years experience on Logistics or supply chain operations).

• Fluent English and Portuguese. Speaking additional languages of the area is a plus.

• Highly numerate and good knowledge of supply chain software systems and processes (SAP, APO)

• Good understanding of business environment and ability to debate issues with peers and senior colleagues.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to contribute to cross functional teams

• Demonstrated learning agility

• Project Management skills will be considered an asset.
