Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio, scripting (client/server), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

  • Configure advanced security using ACLs, script-based access, domain separation, and role-based access models.

  • Engineer custom integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted APIs, OAuth, MID Server, and external systems.

  • Build custom widgets and Service Portals using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Optimize platform performance, monitor API usage, troubleshoot complex issues, and tune applications for scalability.

  • Design and implement automated testing (ATF) strategies and CI/CD integration for ServiceNow.

  • Lead version control (Git) strategies across development teams, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.

  • Translate business and technical requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions.

  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, platform owners, process managers, and technical teams.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including platform architecture.

  • Extensive expertise with scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), database modeling, and integration technologies.

  • Proven experience implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, App Engine).

  • Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Soft Skills

  • Strong architectural thinking and solution design capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance, quality, and maintainability.
