Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a safe and welcoming online environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate content such as videos, images, comments, and links, ensuring they comply with platform policies
  • Enforce community guidelines and remove inappropriate or harmful content
  • Respond to user appeals, providing clear and professional explanations for moderation decisions
  • Work closely with your team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Monitor trends and analyze user behavior to identify potential risks and improve moderation processes
  • Share feedback to enhance moderation tools and workflows

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in customer support
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
