Summary

as a
Site Planning Engineer
and take responsibility for monitoring on-site activities for a large-scale international EPC project in the green hydrogen sector.

Based on site in the Netherlands, you will be at the heart of the construction phase of a hydrogen project with a total budget exceeding
€500 million
.

Your Missions
As a Site Planning Engineer, you will be the reference point for all planning activities on site:

  • Establish the baseline construction schedule, in alignment with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Coordinate with all technical disciplines to ensure consistency in dates, durations, dependencies, and task weights
  • Integrate all project activities into the schedule, including those from external stakeholders
  • Update the planning and progress tracking sheets monthly, reflecting actual progress and realistic forecasts
  • Conduct performance analyses (progress, delays, critical paths, alerts)
  • Identify deviations and propose corrective measures
  • Actively participate in coordination meetings, progress reviews, and execution strategy discussions
  • Provide a clear and up-to-date view of deadlines, milestones, and planning performance indicators
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and discipline engineers to optimize project execution on site

Your Experience

  • Significant experience on industrial construction sites
  • Proven autonomy in site planning (ideally as the sole planner on-site, supported by a back-office team)
  • Strong knowledge of office tools, including Google Sheets (a plus)

Your Profile

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a planning engineer
  • Mastery of Primavera P6 (required)
  • Fluent in English
