Position Overview:
The Payments Associate is responsible for ensuring that all payments are done on time according with the company policies for all ConvaTec entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform payment runs for all group entities supported by GBS
• Perform rush and manual payments when needed according to company policies
• Resolve any physical check payment issues
• Research and adjust payments when necessary
• Develop weekly forecast
• Report to Treasury urgent payments
• Deliver reports as Business Units require
• Collect Direct Debits
• Investigate and correct payment rejections or returns

Skills & Experience:

• Attention to detail
• Be able to work with tight deadlines and with switching priorities
• Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working
• Good communication skills
• Able to work as part of one team

Qualifications/Education:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Degree in Finance/Accounting is a plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge of technology: MS Office, SAP, banking platforms

Languages

• English - mandatory
• Additional languages are a plus
