The company aims to make electric mobility accessible, efficient, and environmentally friendly by combining hardware, software, and smart grid integration.

Role Description

This position is for an R
&D Devops - Customer Success
based in Maia. The role focuses on ensuring successful integration and operation of EV charging solutions for customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include analyzing system logs, troubleshooting communication, validating compliance with ISO standards, and supporting seamless integration with customer platforms. You will act as a key pivot between technical teams and clients, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Strong understanding of EVSE charging protocols and standards (ISO 15118, DIN 70121, OCPP).

Experience in log analysis and troubleshooting communication issues.

Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, TLS) and embedded systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal abilities.

Availability to travel when necessary.
