You must**

have:

· Solid experience in administering SQL Server databases, including recent versions and new f

eatures.· Demonstrated experience in migrating databases to newer versions of SQL Server, with a focus on planning, execution, and val

idation.· Experience in performance tuning, including query analysis and optimization, index management, and infrastructure impro

vements.· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in writing and optimizing complex queries using Trans

act-SQL.· Skilled in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting high availability environments using Al

ways On.· Analytical ability to diagnose complex database issues and propose effective so

lutions.· Ability to identify and anticipate problems and improvement opportunities, taking initiative to resolve them indepe

ndently.· Experience with database monitoring and management tools such as Tuning Advisor, Query Store, Profiler, and third-party so

lutions.· SQL Server Certifications (Mandatory): DP-300 and

DP-900.
