THE**
ROLEThis new role offers the opportunity to build and evolve sourcing practices across categories and projects. You will be responsible for facilitating and executing tenders, qualifying suppliers, developing procurement procedures and policies, and supporting digitalization efforts within procurem
ent.You will report to the Head of Procurement & Mobilization and work closely with Category Managers, operational buyers, and cross-functional teams such as HSEQ, Operations, and Logistics across our international organizat

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOW**
- LEDGE:Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management (ideally 4–5 years at a strategic
- level)Strong analytical skills and experience with spend analysis and market re
- searchSolid understanding of tendering processes and contract negot
- iationExperience with supplier qualification and performance mana
- gementExcellent stakeholder management and communication
- skillsStructured, proactive, and solution-oriented m
