Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks and architectures across the organization.
  • Develop strategies for user provisioning, identity governance, and privileged access management.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate applications and systems with IAM solutions.
  • Ensure IAM systems comply with IT security standards and applicable regulations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices.
  • Conduct IAM training and awareness programs for employees.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience as an IAM Architect or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM-related services.
  • Knowledge of industry compliance and security standards, including NIST CSF, NIST SP800-53, QNRCS, NIS 2.0, OWASP, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, and ISO 27000 series.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to support decisions with research, evaluate options, and provide clear recommendations.
  • Ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels simultaneously.
