Customer Service & Operations (m/f)
com experiência no setor marítimo, com
local de trabalho no Porto ou em Lisboa.
Principais actividades
A função envolve o acompanhamento das necessidades dos clientes, a gestão de processos operacionais de importação e exportação, a preparação e controlo de documentação associada ao transporte marítimo, o contacto com fornecedores para reserva de serviços, o follow-up contínuo dos processos e a garantia de um fluxo de informação eficaz entre todas as partes envolvidas. Inclui ainda tarefas administrativas associadas à faturação de clientes e fornecedores.
Requisitos
Serão considerados candidatos com experiência no setor marítimo, enquadráveis em dois perfis:
- Profissionais com experiência em transitários e domínio da comunicação em espanhol;
- Profissionais sem experiência em transitários, preferencialmente provenientes de áreas como logística industrial, parques de contentores ou armadores, desde que detenham conhecimento sólido do funcionamento das operações marítimas e domínio da língua inglesa.
Requisitos adicionais incluem formação académica relevante, capacidade de trabalho sob pressão, cumprimento de prazos exigentes, competências de comunicação, sentido de responsabilidade e bons conhecimentos de ferramentas informáticas.
