Become our new Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop and maintain full-cycle applications (front-end to back-end) with AI/LLM integrations. You will work closely with product, data science, DevOps and cloud teams to build scalable, resilient systems that deliver value. You will help shape architecture, mentor others, and enable a culture of engineering excellence.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop rich, interactive front-end applications using that are performant, maintainable and user-friendly.
  • Build back-end services in either .NET (C#) or FastAPI (Python), ensuring clean APIs, business logic and data flows.
  • Deploy and operate in the cloud (preferably Microsoft Azure) — including infrastructure as code, DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, and monitoring.
  • Work in the DevOps domain: define and implement CI/CD pipelines, use tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, automated testing, infrastructure automation.
  • Integrate AI / LLM capabilities (chatbots, embedding search, generative features) into the full-stack product.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, secure and maintainable.
  • Mentor junior team members, review code, and contribute to best practices and architectural discussions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest in cloud, full-stack and AI/LLM trends and help evaluate how they can be leveraged in our environment.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Several years (ideally 5 +) of full-stack engineering experience with production systems.
  • Strong front-end skills: state management, component design and user-centric interfaces.
  • Back-end proficiency in either .NET (C#) or Python (FastAPI) – writing clean, well-tested, performant APIs.
  • Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred) and knowledge of its services.
  • Solid DevOps experience: CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform or similar), pipeline automation, monitoring and logging.
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI/LLM integration: leveraging models, embedding search, conversational interfaces or generative features.
  • You enjoy collaborating, presenting ideas, interacting across teams, helping others learn.
  • Excellent problem-solving mindset; you take ownership from design through deployment.
  • Good communication skills in English.
