Lead Pricing Operations

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update global price lists, SKUs, and pricing documentation.
- Coordinate pricing implementation with Digital, Finance, Sales, and Legal teams.
- Support pricing launches, communications, and sales enablement.
- Manage pricing change requests, governance meetings, and version control.
- Lead process optimization and automation initiatives related to pricing workflows.
- Ensure operational readiness and accurate execution of pricing updates across systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA/PMP is a plus).
- Experience in pricing operations and execution;
- Proficiency with CRM/CPQ tools (Salesforce, NetSuite) and Excel/Google Sheets;
- Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS pricing, SKU design, and process improvement;
- Prior experience collaborating with Digital / IT to implement pricing and discount logic will be valued;
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and cross-functional collaboration;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
- Fluency in English.
