About The Role
Join an international team in sunny Portugal and deliver exceptional customer support to global brands. You'll be the voice and energy of an international project, helping French speaking customers by phone, email, and chat while enjoying life by the Atlantic coast.
Your Profile
You are a native or fluent
French speaker
, with good
English skills (B1or above)
. You have strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in customer service or administrative tasks is appreciated. EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit is required.
