What You'll Do:
  • Moderate content (text, images, videos) in French, ensuring it follows community guidelines and legal requirements.

  • Make quick, fair, and consistent decisions in content moderation, keeping the platform safe and friendly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex content issues and refine moderation processes.
  • Stay updated with trends in digital content, online safety, and best practices in content moderation.
  • Work towards meeting quality targets and efficiency goals while ensuring a high standard of work.
What We're Looking For:
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Good command of English (for internal communication and training).
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or community management is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
