Deliver friendly and professional support to Czech-speaking customers
Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Solve problems efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with team leads to maintain quality standards
What you bring:
Fluent-level Czech and good English skills (B2 or higher)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Portugal
