What you will do?

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder
  • Develop and optimize emails, landing pages, and templates using HTML and CSS
  • Configure and manage Data Extensions, data models, and audience segmentation
  • Write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and targeting
  • Implement and monitor automations using Automation Studio
  • Support multichannel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Ensure data quality, performance, security, and compliance with best practices
  • Perform testing, QA, troubleshooting, and campaign optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, analytics, and integration teams
  • Document technical solutions, processes, and configurations

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
  • Strong SQL skills for data segmentation and transformation
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development
  • Understanding of data models, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile environments and cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
