Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. What will you be doing?

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex technical projects, managing crossfunctional delivery efforts;
• Coordinate and oversee the project lifecycle, applying structured project management methodologies;
• Facilitate and lead consistent project/program plans;
• Maintain project execution discipline, driving clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring alignment through accurate planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and interdependencies early;
• Own the communication cadence with internal stakeholders;
• Led stakeholder engagement across technology and product;
• Insist on best practices in software development delivery;
• Managed project scope in close partnership with engineering teams;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes in a fast-paced environment.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree
  in management, Information Management, or a related field;
• 4-5 years of professional experience in the technology sector;
• Proven experience in technical project management, working closely with software engineering teams to drive project execution and delivery;
• Experience in
  project management,
  particularly in Agile environments;
• Mandatory experience in OTT or
  Telco sectors;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones and
• cultures
• Extremely well organised and methodical, but keeping a pragmatic approach to solving problems;
• Available to work hybrid, twice per week in the office;
• Fluent in English;
• Must be living in Portugal and citizenship or legal authorization to work in Portugal.
