Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Test Plan outlining testing scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and approach.

  • Prepare detailed test cases and test data to validate application features, workflows, and system behavior.

  • Perform functional, end-to-end, and regression testing across IRM modules.

  • Execute test cycles, validate expected results, and track progress.

  • Log, track, and verify defects using standard QA tools.

  • Provide daily test execution reports to project stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure product quality.

  • Deliver a final QA sign-off based on test outcomes and quality metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Manual QA, preferably in web-based or enterprise applications.

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, functional testing, and regression testing.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Jira

    • Azure DevOps

    • Xray (or other test management tools such as TestRail)

    • Postman (for API validation)

    • SQL (basic to intermediate for data validation)

    • Browser DevTools

    • Excel/Google Sheets

  • Ability to design clear, detailed, and reusable test cases.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Nice to Have:

  • Experience testing analytics modules or dashboards (e.g., MyShareholders).

  • Background in testing privacy-related features or compliance workflows.
