We're now looking for a
Cross-Platform Software Engineer
who enjoys working end-to-end and who actively uses AI coding assistants as part of their daily workflow to move faster and build better software.

This is a role for someone who likes ownership, real impact and solving hard problems, not just shipping features.


What you'll be working on

You'll play a key role in shaping our engineering solutions across web, mobile and AI-augmented development:

Web & Backend

  • Design and evolve scalable web applications and APIs that support real-world operations
  • Build modern front-end interfaces (React preferred) and robust backend services / TypeScript / Python)
  • Make architectural decisions with performance, scalability and security in mind
  • Work with REST, GraphQL and gRPC APIs
  • Support offline-first scenarios (PWA / Electron) and reliable data synchronization
  • Champion clean code, automated testing and CI/CD best practices

Mobile

  • Develop and evolve cross-platform mobile apps with React Native (iOS & Android)
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance experiences
  • Apply MVVM, Clean Architecture and Dependency Injection
  • Support app distribution, monitoring and performance optimization

AI-Enhanced Engineering

  • Use tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cody (or similar) to accelerate development
  • Leverage AI for code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation and problem-solving
  • Share knowledge and help build a culture of AI-augmented engineering across the team


For this position, you'll feel at home if you have:

  • 6–10+ years of experience building and shipping software at scale
  • Strong experience with React and / TypeScript
  • Solid background in React Native (iOS & Android)
  • Experience designing and integrating APIs (REST / GraphQL / gRPC)
  • Comfort working with SQL & NoSQL databases
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants as part of your workflow
  • Cloud familiarity (Azure preferred), CI/CD pipelines and a security-first mindset

Nice to have

  • Flutter experience
  • C/C++, 3D tools or formats (Blender, glTF, FBX, etc.)
  • Exposure to AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI)
