Marketing Specialist, Ads and SEO

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist focused on Ads and SEO with a sharp eye, analytical mind, and creative drive.

If you're someone who understands how strategy, content, and data intersect, and knows how to turn insights into measurable results, we want to hear from you

What you should bring with you:

  • Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Strategic mindset with attention to performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console

  • Experience in Analytical and Metric Reporting

  • Knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and keyword research

  • Solid understanding of digital funnels, tracking, and analytics

  • Ability to write or brief effective ad copy and coordinate creative assets

  • Organisation, autonomy, and proactive communication with creative teams

Nice to have (but not mandatory):

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and email marketing platforms

  • Knowledge of automation tools like or Zapier

  • Basic knowledge of HTML or website CMS for SEO adjustments

  • Basic knowledge of Wordpress and Code Snippets

  • Knowledge of AIO

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google and Meta

  • Developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility

  • Tracking performance, analyzing results, and producing actionable reports

  • Coordinating with the creative and web teams to align design, content, and strategy

  • Helping structure digital campaigns for brands in hospitality, real estate, healthcare, and entertainment
