Advanced Customer Service Consultant (Dutch-Speaking)
Summary:
We are looking for experienced, highly-skilled professionals to take on Advanced Customer Service Consultant roles in Lisbon. These positions involve handling complex, high-stakes inquiries for clients in specialized technology and B2B/financial sectors. Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for high-complexity service requests and technical troubleshooting that requires a deep understanding of the product/service.
- Manage and resolve escalated issues from the standard support teams, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes for the customer.
- Provide consultation and guidance to business clients on optimizing the use of specialized platforms and services.
- Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, training materials, and process improvements.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and communication while dealing with sensitive account information.
- Mentor and coach junior team members on best practices for complex case handling.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C2 level) is required, along with excellent professional command of English (C1 level or higher).
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications in ITIL, PMP, or a technical field are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a Senior Customer Support, Technical Support, or Account Management role, preferably in a B2B, Tech, or Financial Services environment.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of managing high-volume, complex case loads. Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
Working Conditions & Compensation:
- Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week).
- Work Schedule: Predominantly business hours (Monday to Friday).

Gevorderde Klantenservice Specialist (Nederlandstalig)
Samenvatting:
Dit is een senior positie voor de professional die verder wil dan standaard klantenservice. Wij zoeken ervaren en technisch onderlegde Nederlandstalige experts om complexe support- en consultingtaken op zich te nemen voor toonaangevende internationale klanten. U bent de expert die het team inschakelt voor de moeilijkste dossiers, waarbij u zowel analytische als sterke communicatieve vaardigheden inzet op onze locatie in Lissabon (TEJO/OPEN).
Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Fungeren als Subject Matter Expert (SME) voor hoog complexe serviceverzoeken en geavanceerde technische probleemoplossing.
- Beheren en oplossen van geëscaleerde problemen die door het reguliere supportteam zijn doorverwezen, met als doel een snelle en definitieve oplossing voor de klant.
- Advies en begeleiding geven aan zakelijke klanten over de optimale inzet van gespecialiseerde platforms en diensten.
- Actieve bijdrage leveren aan de ontwikkeling van kennisbankartikelen, trainingsmateriaal en procesverbeteringen.
- Zorgen voor een professionele afhandeling en vertrouwelijkheid bij het behandelen van gevoelige klantinformatie.
- Coachen van junior teamleden in het omgaan met complexe dossiers.
Functievereisten:
- Taalvaardigheid: Moedertaal of zeer gevorderd niveau Nederlands (C2) vereist, evenals uitstekende professionele beheersing van de Engelse taal (C1 of hoger).
- Opleiding: Bij voorkeur een Bachelor-diploma; relevante certificeringen op technisch of managementgebied zijn een groot pluspunt.
- Ervaring: Minimaal 2-3 jaar bewezen ervaring in een Senior Klantenservice, Technische Ondersteuning, of Account Management rol, bij voorkeur in een B2B, Tech of financiële dienstverleningsomgeving.
- Vaardigheden: Uitzonderlijk sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Aantoonbare ervaring in het beheer van een grote hoeveelheid complexe casussen. Uitstekend in stakeholdermanagement en het oplossen van conflicten.

- Arbeidstijd: Voltijds (40 uur per week).
- Rooster: Hoofdzakelijk tijdens kantooruren (maandag tot vrijdag).
