What You'll DoSupporting projects: Deliver changes in the life sciences industry focused on processes, data, and systems within R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs.

Business process optimization: (Re)design and improve business workflows for greater efficiency.

Stakeholder management: Lead planning, change management, and foster inclusion and stakeholder management on all levels

Driving project success: Ensure project progress and maintain high-quality standards for communication material and OCM strategies

Your QualificationsWe're Looking For Individuals With The Following Qualifications
A master's degree inbusiness administration, IT,life sciencesor equivalent

+3 years of experienceas a consultant, business analyst, project manager, change lead or equivalent role in regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech

Provenanalytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for making an impact

Experience in creatingOCM strategies, as well asthe execution incl.

stakeholder mgnt.

, training and communication material

Fluent inEnglish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Expertise in Clinical R&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, CDR, RBM, EDC, QMS, LIMS, etc.) is an advantage

Expertise in ADKAR and certification in OCM like PROSCI is an advantage
