What you'll do:

• You'll work on improving our product catalogue of accessories (pillow, topper, duvet and mattress protector).
• You'll evaluate existing products and propose ways to increase customer satisfaction: optimizing features, improving quality, reducing returns, etc.
• You'll support in research efforts to help the team define where to play in the market and how to win. This includes conducting research on customers, product communication, pricing, and distribution channels.
• You'll manage projects with autonomy and take ownership of selected topics, assuming a project manager role to drive initiatives from planning to execution.
• You'll work with cross-functional squads to achieve relevant product goals. This can include running a project yourself from start to finish.
• You'll document and report progress, and adjust plans accordingly to ensure the right business and consumer goals are met.

Who we are looking for:

• You have a genuine love for working with physical products and take satisfaction in creating something people enjoy using.
• You have strong commercial skills and an intuition for customer needs. A background in business, marketing, or engineering is a plus, but not at all necessary.
• You have strong analytical skills coupled with a curious intuition. You use your intuition to generate strong hypotheses for investigating ambiguous problems.
• You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).You pick up new tools easily.
• You can work independently once clear goals and constraints are established. You're able to challenge said goals and constraints if needed.
