We are looking for a Managed Services Support Specialist fluent in French and English to support service delivery operations, platform optimization, and structured client support processes. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy operational environments, structured workflows, and continuous service improvement.

As a Managed Services Support Specialist, you will handle operational support activities, manage service requests, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with service standards. You will act as a key point of coordination between support operations and service quality teams.

This position combines customer orientation, operational discipline, and analytical awareness.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage service tickets, user requests, and operational tasks through internal systems. You will monitor service performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will ensure documentation accuracy, process compliance, and timely escalation of issues. You will assist with service reviews, audits, and reporting activities.

You will collaborate with technical teams, quality specialists, and management stakeholders. Active participation in training and optimization projects is expected.

Candidate Profile

You are fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills. You are structured, reliable, and process-driven.

You have experience in operations support, service management, customer operations, or technical coordination roles.

You are comfortable working with performance metrics, service documentation, and operational workflows.
