German Language Review Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Content Moderator who can review, assess, and moderate user-generated content in German. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to ensure that all content complies with platform policies and regulatory standards.
The Content Moderator will also identify and escalate sensitive, abusive, or policy-violating content while maintaining productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
Required Qualifications
- Native or C1/C2 level German proficiency is essential for this role.
- Bilingual English skills (B2 level or higher) are required to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
- A valid work permit within the EU is mandatory for this position
- Strong analytical skills are necessary for accurately applying guidelines across various content types.
- Candidates must demonstrate their ability to handle sensitive or graphic content without compromise on performance bonuses
