Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our Social Media team, with a special focus on international and B2B clients. We seek someone with critical thinking, a social-first approach, a strong visual and digital culture, capable of transforming data and cultural insights into innovative communication strategies.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Vision Definition: Develop social media strategies, establishing the purpose, tone of voice, and content pillars for brands in international markets.
- Analysis and Diagnosis: Conduct brand, competitor, and digital culture audits to identify tensions, opportunities, and communication territories.
- Briefing Development: Translate business objectives and consumer insights into inspiring creative briefs that serve as a clear starting point for the creative team.
- Content and Influence Architecture: Design content frameworks and influencer ecosystems, defining the formats, platforms, and creator profiles that best serve brand objectives.
- Measurement and Optimization: Establish KPIs and success measurement models, focusing on data analysis to continuously optimize strategy.
What You'll Need
- Strategic and Conceptual Thinking: Proven ability to transform complex data and cultural insights into simple yet powerful communication strategies.
- Storytelling and Argumentation: Excellent communication skills to build and present strategic narratives (rationales, proposals, etc.) clearly and persuasively.
- Deep Knowledge of the Digital Ecosystem: Mastery of social platforms, their algorithms, formats, and, above all, user behavior dynamics on each.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of marketing and how social media strategy integrates with and contributes to the client's overall business objectives.
- Shopper / Commerce Focus: Thinking oriented towards creative and social shopping, as well as social media actions with commercial objectives.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years in strategy roles (Social, Digital, Planning) within an agency setting, with a portfolio demonstrating experience with international clients.
- English Fluency: C1 proficiency level or higher (mandatory) for oral and written communication and presentation of strategic documents.
