A leading international company is seeking a
Marketing Optimization Specialist
to join our
Digital Marketing Optimization project
in
Lisbon
. This is a senior role focused on delivering high-value optimization solutions to our clients.

Location:
On-site – Lisbon

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

Experience:
Minimum 12 months in ad optimization, preferably with Google Ads

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary (according to language and experience)
  • Language premium bonus

  • 5% yearly target bonus

  • Permanent contract with 180-day probation
  • Relocation support: €2,000 gross relocation bonus, assistance with NIF/NISS and housing search

Responsibilities:

  • Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value customers
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, mainly using Google Ads
  • Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
  • Apply optimization techniques across Google products including Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and YouTube
  • Analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights and report on key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C1+)
  • Strong experience in Google Ads and ad optimization
  • Good Excel skills and understanding of KPIs
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
