Role Overview:

As an E-Commerce Customer Advisor, you'll help ensure smooth and positive online shopping journeys. Through friendly, accurate written communication, you'll guide customers, resolve issues, and support a reliable platform. This role is ideal for people who like structured processes, care about customer satisfaction, and want to grow in a tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via chat and email ONLY with professional, empathetic, and accurate responses
  • Follow internal procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues efficiently or escalate when necessary

  • Achieve performance goals, including quality standards and SLA targets

  • Stay up to date with product changes, platform updates, and best practices through ongoing training

  • Keep a customer-first approach, delivering clear and practical solutions

  • Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
