Procuramos um perfil Service Delivery Management Lead, para integrar a nossa equipa.
O que procuramos?
- Bom conhecimento de todos os aspetos subjacentes da arquitetura do produto;
- Especialização em Intunes;
- Controlar fornecedores, GSC e outras terceiras partes / operações de X-shoring;
- Gerir a Governação Operacional Mensal com os stakeholders dos Mercados: SLA/KPI;
- Gerir um plano contínuo de melhoria de QoS;
- Definir, em conjunto com os Product Managers, o Product TOM;
- Validar que todos os objetivos de qualidade são cumpridos antes da passagem de um produto ou funcionalidade para produção;
- Assegurar o roadmap;
- Service Reporting.
- Mínimo de 6 a 8 anos de experiência na área de IT Service / Service Management;
- Licenciatura ou grau universitário com orientação em IT ou Business;
- Certificação ITIL Service Management (ou equivalente);
- Especialização nos principais aspetos dos processos de Service Delivery e nas características do negócio;
- Gestão de relações com Clientes;
- Interface com uma organização global de grande dimensão;
- Ambiente multicultural, ambiente de trabalho em inglês; francês é uma mais-valia;
- Especialização específica na cadeia de serviços de IT e nos processos de Incident, Problem e Change;
- Aplicação prática e estruturada dos processos de ITIL Service Delivery;
- Sistemas de Qualidade (ex.: Six Sigma);
- Conhecimentos em privacidade de dados, compliance, bem como questões de segurança e requisitos de conformidade SOX são valorizados.
