Description

Design & Secure Integrations

Architect, manage, and develop secure integration flows (SAP and non-SAP) aligned with the group's stringent security standards.

Apply security principles across complex, distributed environments encompassing on-premise and cloud platforms.

Identity, Access & Security Leadership

Implement and manage advanced security access systems (Federation, SAML, OAuth).

Lead initiatives in Authentication/SSO, Authorization/Role Management, Access Control, Secure Communication, and Encryption (PKI, digital signatures).

Hands-on work with standards and protocols: SAML, OAuth, SSL/TLS, SSH, Kerberos, X.509, WS-Security

SAP Security Architecture

Provide deep architectural expertise across the broad SAP solution stack: ECC/S4HANA, GRC, IAM, SuccessFactors, SAP CRM, PO/CPI, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Ariba, HANA, Solution Manager, and API gateways.

Influence solution designs to ensure stability, performance, and robust security across all core platforms.

Documentation & Governance

Produce high-quality technical documentation: functional requirements, security test cases, user guides, and process designs.

Perform thorough knowledge transfer to operations teams to ensure smooth, secure run-state operations.

Operations & Continuous Improvement

Provide operational security support, including participation in planned after-hours or weekend activities when required.

Partner with the SAP Platform Manager, external consultants, and Infrastructure teams to continuously evolve and harden the SAP security architecture, mitigating IT risk.

Global Leadership & Collaboration

Lead strategic security topics on a global scale, setting priorities and acting with urgency.

Operate effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment, collaborating with IT, business, and external partners.

Minimum requirements

Education

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

Core Competencies

Proven expertise in SAP NetWeaver administration (ABAP/Java) and HANA/Linux environments.

Strong knowledge of IAM domains: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Authentication, and Identity Lifecycle Management.

Demonstrated project management experience in a large enterprise context.

Specific Technical Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of: SSO, SAML, OAuth, X.509 Certificates, MFA, AD Federation, Reverse Proxy, and URL Filtering.

Proven experience with fluent, SAP-centric security deployments across hybrid (cloud/on-prem) landscapes.

Familiarity with modern architectures: SaaS/IaaS/PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, and event-driven IT.

Professional Experience

Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in integrated SAP environments (e.g., ERP, BI, PI/PO/CPI, BTP).

Proven track record as a key member of SAP project teams, delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Languages

English (fluent).

French or German (a strong advantage).
