Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll provide exceptional assistance across phone, chat, email, and social media. From handling account-related queries to troubleshooting technical issues and processing transactions, your expertise will ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support across multiple communication channels
- Assist customers with account setup, verification, logins, and payments
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Act as a trusted point of contact, particularly for clients in the sports sector
- Foster strong customer relationships through clear and empathetic communication
- Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and service standards
- Suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
