Release Manager - Dynamics 365 CRM
to join this global organization.

Objectives

Ensure seamless, high-quality, and business-aligned software releases through effective planning, risk management, collaboration, and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing release calendars and schedules.
  • Aligning releases with project roadmaps and business goals.
  • Identifying risks in release processes and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Planning rollback procedures for failed releases.
  • Collaborating with development, testing, operations, and business teams.
  • Reporting release progress and status to stakeholders.
  • Managing change requests and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Serving as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Making informed decisions on release readiness and timing.
  • Balancing speed of delivery with quality assurance.
  • Produce outstanding technical articles for documentation purposes.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background, with proven track record in the following skills on Azure Cloud tech stack.
  • Knowledge of Azure App Services, functions and Azure Resource Management (ARM) templates and Azure DevOps.
  • Project setup optimization, proficient in pipelines, boards, and release management.
  • Familiarity with deployment, updates, and integration of D365 applications.
  • Power Platform: Understanding Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI deployment processes.
  • Excellent communication skills that allow you to be able to lead topics across multiple stakeholders and oversee and coordinate various aspects of software delivery.
