About the Role

We're looking for a
Tech Lead Data Engineer
to join an international team dedicated to building advanced data and AI solutions. This role is ideal for a senior professional with a strong engineering background and a passion for clean code, well-structured data, and scalable systems.

The Challenge

As a Tech Lead Data Engineer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and evolve
    production-grade data pipelines
    .
  • Work closely with product, data science, and infrastructure teams.
  • Ensure solutions deliver
    real business value
    with high standards of
    quality, security, and performance
    .

Requirements
Hard Skills

  • SQL:
    Advanced
  • Python:
    Advanced (coding proficiency will be tested)
  • Databricks:
    3+ years of experience
  • Azure:
    Preferred
  • DBT:
    Not required
  • English:
    Fluent

Experience

  • Strong
    software engineering foundation
    (ideally with a backend development background).
  • Proven experience
    building production data pipelines
    .
  • Ability to
    lead technical decisions
    and
    mentor other engineers
    .
  • Comfortable with
    cross-team collaboration
    and working in
    production on-call environments
    .
