We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Professional Services Team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to launch their careers in cybersecurity, risk management, and client services. Analysts are responsible for executing managed services tasks on behalf of our clients, working closely with Consultants and Team Leads to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery.

This is a hands-on role that offers growth potential through direct exposure to third-party risk processes, Bitsight products, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection: Collect data from internal systems and third-party sources as directed by Consultants.

  • Deliverable Creation: Format, organize, and produce reports and presentations for client delivery.

  • Task Support: Assist with basic project tasks such as data entry, spreadsheet updates, and risk assessment coordination.

  • Document Review: Check reports and submissions for inconsistencies, missing information, and quality assurance.

  • Organization: Maintain clean, well-organized project documentation, trackers, and status reports.

  • Customer Communication: Provide clear, professional, and timely communication with customers to support deliverables and clarify risk findings.

  • Risk Insight Support: Communicate with clients to explain key risk indicators, such as exposed credentials or open ports, and support follow-ups as needed.

  • Collaboration: Build strong, approachable working relationships with teammates and cross-functional colleagues including Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

  • Training and Development: Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing training to build expertise in Bitsight tools, processes, and service offerings.
     

Growth Expectations:

  • Become proficient in executing tasks with limited oversight

  • Develop product and tactical knowledge to support service delivery

  • Routinely identify and communicate process improvement opportunities

  • Resolve blockers with assistance and contribute to cross-functional workflows

  • Act as a mentor and trainer for new Analysts as experience grows

  • Build lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
     

Basic Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Interest in cybersecurity, risk management, and client-facing services

  • Basic understanding of information security or compliance frameworks is a plus
