Join our international Payroll team and be part of a growing Service Centre supporting countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

As a Senior International Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries, while driving compliance and continuous improvement in our payroll operations.

Your day at Ferring

  • Process and validate payroll transactions across EMEA regions
  • Collaborate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations
  • Support audits and month/year-end reporting
  • Resolve employee payroll queries
  • Contribute to payroll system improvements and implementations
  • Prepare and optimize HR/payroll reports

Behind our innovation…There's you

  • 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a shared services or COE model
  • Strong understanding of payroll best practices and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in English; additional European language or Arabic is a plus
