We are looking for an
enthusiastic and proactive Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant
to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for
recent graduates or young professionals eager to learn and grow within the fields of sales development and digital marketing.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage specific market segments from our client database.
- Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls, building genuine connections and introducing them to our collections and projects.
- Call leads to follow up on opportunities, clarify needs, and present our products and brand universe.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare newsletters, email marketing campaigns, and other communication actions that help generate new opportunities.
- Keep client information updated in our CRM system and report progress on your market.
- Support the sales team by nurturing leads until they are ready to be handled by an Account Executive.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve how we communicate with and engage each market.
Who You Are
- You have a degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or similar.
- You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- You enjoy both creative communication and client interaction.
- You are comfortable speaking with clients by phone and online.
- You communicate fluently in English (other languages are a plus).
- You are ready to work onsite, full-time, in a dynamic, international team.
