What we're looking for: 

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master
  • Solid knowledge of Agile Methodology and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Certifications in Scrum (PSM or CSM) will be valued
  • Knowledge and experience in tools to support agile methodologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Capacity for creativity and innovation
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
