This role is about supporting the team to make things happen You'll assist in gathering and organizing data that helps create meaningful insights for everyone. Think of yourself as a key supporter, bridging the gap between office operations and field activities, ensuring smooth processes. Your responsibilities will include helping analyze sales trends (like sell-out data), updating and maintaining systems with accurate information, and assisting with trade marketing tasks, such as POS materials and activations.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
BUSINESS SUPORT
Guarantee the ongoing business report and KPI performance control to support the execution of the Field Team strategy. Assist in managing Depletions (Sell-Out Project) by collecting, consolidating, and analyzing sell-out data to provide insights that support business development and strategic decisions. Help maintain department systems (Field and Master Data), provide first-level user support, and ensure high data quality and consistency across platforms. Support documentation, logistics coordination, and report consolidation to ensure smooth daily operations and strong collaboration between office and field teams.

TRADE MARKETING EXECUTION
Support in managing POS materials from ordering to market availability, assist in coordination with logistics and activation agencies, and help the execution of trade marketing campaigns, events, and activations.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Strong MS Excel and data handling skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
