We are offering a great work experience in Lisbon, Portugal for a role as a Digital Customer Success Specialist for Spanish, French, Italian, German, Arabic or Dutch speakers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take an active role in identifying initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience.
  • Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products
  • Manage query resolution through collaboration with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issues.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • EU citizenship or Portuguese Residence Card
  • Native/fluent (C1) in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Arabic or Dutch + good command of English (B2)
