Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain solutions in .NET environment using C# and .NET;
• Build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code;
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address those issues;
• Help maintain code quality and organization;
• Mentor and Coach new and/or Software developers.

Contribute to continuous improvement 

• Development using a craftsman approach,
• Participation in the team's community of best practices,
• Innovation and implementation of quality products.

Participation in agile projects 

• Mentoring,
• Active contribution to agile events,
• Proposals for day-to-day optimization.

Technical Skills

 
• Experience in C#/.NET Development,

• SQL Server Integration Services,

• Experienced with C# for frontend and backend, application programming,

• Knowledge in KISS and SOLID principles,

• Experience using Entity Framework/EF core,

• Knowledge and experience with relational databases,

• Coding according to good practices, enforcing them in Pull Request approvals,

• Agile & craftmanship mindset, 

Language

Proficiency in spoken and written English, minimum B2.
