For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills: 


Solid knowledge of .NET (preferred) or JavaExperience working with microservices and distributed systemsBackground in QA, including test case creation and definition of testing strategiesExperience using QA integration tools such as Postman or SOAP UIHands-on experience with LLMs and related protocols (e.g. MCP)Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and embeddingsSelf-driven, accountable, and results-oriented profileFamiliarity with the Agentic patternExperience with event-driven and high-availability systems (plus)Knowledge of communication protocols such as gRPC, SOAP, and JSON-RPC (plus)Experience with event-driven architecture (EDA) and the use of event brokers (e.g. Kafka) (plus)Practical knowledge of API security, including OAuth2, JWT, and zero-trust principles (plus)Familiarity with observability tools and standards such as OpenTelemetry (plus)Availability for hybrid work, 3 times a week in Lisbon.
