Key Responsibilities in Recruitment for BPO- Talent Acquisition: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire qualified Italian-speaking candidates for diverse roles in the BPO sector.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise multiple sourcing strategies and channels to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
- Interviewing: Organise and conduct interviews, screening applicants to assess their skills, qualifications, and compatibility with company culture.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment activities.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring activities to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
